Our yoga classes emphasize movement, body awareness, and an introduction to mindfulness in a fun and engaging format. Through music, interactive games, and storytelling, children develop physical coordination, emotional regulation, and self-confidence.

Trained through Kidding Around Yoga (KAY), our approach incorporates the five branches of yoga in a clear, child-friendly way that supports both physical and emotional growth.

Individual Recreation Therapy uses meaningful play and leisure experiences to support social, emotional, and physical development. Services begin with an initial consultation and assessment to understand each child’s strengths and needs.

From there, a personalized, evidence-based care plan is developed and implemented by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Sessions focus on building practical skills and strategies that children and families can apply at home, at school, in the community, and during recreational activities — supporting lasting, positive change.

Group programs are offered within schools, community centres, and private organizations. Guided by a Recreation Therapist, these structured sessions use recreation as a therapeutic tool to support social skill development, coping strategies, emotional awareness, and gross motor growth.

Through intentional peer interaction and guided group processing, participants build confidence, strengthen self-awareness, and learn to collaborate and support one another. Programs are thoughtfully adapted based on individual needs, desired outcomes, and setting resources.

We provide inclusion and leisure education consulting for parents, schools, and established recreational programs. Our consultation services focus on strengthening inclusive practices within existing environments by offering guidance on adapting activities, spaces, and program structures to better support each child’s individual strengths and needs.

Through collaborative and practical strategies, we help create settings that are more accessible, responsive, and enriching — ensuring meaningful participation for all children.
